We are transparent about our fees to ensure you have no nasty surprises at the end of the year.
We prefer to invoice for our services on a monthly basis and collect our fees by direct debit. This way it is easier for to budget for your accountancy and bookkeeping fees and we spend less time chasing payment.
We do not charge for every meeting, email or phone call so that you have access to information and advice without fear of a large bill. If the query involves the provision of financial reports or other extensive work then we would always notify you of this in advance.
All our fees are based on the services necessary for each client. As no client is the same we agree the services required.
For instance, when pricing bookkeeping services we look at the volume of transactions and the frequency of delivery, for payroll we price based on number of employees and for year-end accounts we factor in the turnover of the business and the type of business we are preparing the accounts for.
